Corrections come first

If any price, cap or plan detail on this site no longer matches what the vendor's own pricing page shows, that email jumps the queue. Include three things: the Listlift page, the vendor page you looked at, and the figure you saw with the date you saw it. We re-read the vendor page ourselves, correct the figure if it moved, and update the reading date the page carries. You'll have fixed the site for the next reader, which is most of how a site like this stays trustworthy.

Comparison requests

If your Mailchimp exit runs through a platform we haven't covered, say so — matchups get written in the order people ask for them. Tell us your rough list size and how often you send; those two numbers decide which tiers a fair comparison has to price.

What we can't help with

We're not support for Mailchimp or any platform we cover — billing disputes, locked accounts and deliverability emergencies need the vendor's own support channels. We also don't take payment for placement, reviews or "updated" scores; anything arriving with that shape attached gets a polite no.
